Same fix as UnitColumns sync — ensures ElectrodeColumns includes entries
for all Electrode schema properties to prevent frontend linked-table
validation errors ('not allowed to have additional property manufacturer').

Bump neuroconv from 0.7.4 to 0.7.5 in all environment files. Also removes the neo==0.14.1 pin since 0.7.5 is compatible with neo 0.14.2+.
